electronic door locks sluggish

The door locks on all four doors move very slowly, sluggish. Is it a lubrication problem or low power issue?

1990, Cherokee XJ, 4.0L, 4wd, automatic,

Low power likely, but a little lube couldn't hurt.
As for the power issue I found this a few years back and it fixed my slow locks. Only now do I have one lock that doesn't like to work in the cold.
