Electrical problems 95 xj

This is going to be a long post but i want to give plenty info of my problems. About 3 weeks ago when i started the jeep in the morning it was idleling rough and soon i was in the highway it stall. After towing the jeep to a local mechanic he found that the problem was the ignition module. And was running great until a week ago i have a weird shifting problem. Its like it was struggling to shift to 3. (Auto. AW4) i drain and refill trans oil and it still does it but randomly. This morning when my wife dropped me off to work, the jeep stalled and doesn't have any response. No crank, no click, no power. I inspected the fuses and the 60 amp ignition system fuse was blown. I replaced with a spare one and it immediately start. What can be really happening here? I have a wiring diagram and it show some things that are related to that fuse that i deal with it. Like the headlight switch, tcu and others. Do anyone think there's a short somewhere? I'm attaching some pics. Help will be appreciated.
Ps. Sorry for the long post.

Oh, almost forgot wednesday morning have a check engine light it show: Code 41 Alternator field control circuit open or shorted. But as soon i get to work and shut it off it doesn't show again. Clearly this jeep is possessed with the electric demon! Lol

A 60 amp fuse blowing is something major and with that code I would remove the alternator and have it tested/checked.

So this morning i went to check the alternator and tested good. I really don't have problems
to start it and the CEL is off. The alternator affects the others weird symptoms i have? This is making me anxious everyday I'm inspecting some way to get stranded.
