electrical issues...some stuff works...some doesn't
 

I bought a black '94 XJ, 2dr, 5spd, I4(boo:( )..had been sittin for 2yrs due to a hit-n-run on the driver's side top, rear corner...left with blown out back 1/4window and hatch glass(broken hatch) with roof and body damage...well its runnin and I'm gonna chop it, so all that is taken care of for the most part...........

my big issue right now is the hazards, headlights(hi&lo beams), reverse lights, dome light, heat & air, radio all work....HOWEVER...my running lights(fr&rr), turn signals(fr&rr), brake lights, entire gauge cluster(lights and gauges), and 4wd shifter lights don't work....WHAT THE H*LL?! Fuses?! Relays?! Bulbs?! Cut wire?! Moisture?!.......and ideas or suggestions?

Edit: brake lights are workin now...but still no rear running lights
