Electrical issues

Hello all. I have a 96 XJ. Having some problems. Power windows/door locks not working. Going to yard this weekend to look to replace control panel. Blinkers not working. Tried what I learned here with no luck so far. If I can't fix problems, anyone have recommendations for local Jeep guru. I live in Northern VA.

Mine is a 87 limited 4 door, same problem! The 2 back door windows work with all switches, though. I'm thinking bad/dirty connections, switches or window motors.
