Default Electrical Issue? Blinking Odometer

Hello everyone. My 2000 XJ when I turn on my turn signal my electronic odometer and my radio lighting blink. Yes you read it correctly they blink. Now if I hit the brakes the odometer just goes dim and no more blinking and radio stays normal. If the headlights are on everything acts normal. Has anyone ever seen this before? I am thinking bad ground somewhere? Any thought's or suggestions? Thank you!!

Look up a wiring diagram and start check grounds, you have a bad one somewhere.

most likely a bad ground, what with the components "crossing" each other, go over fuses and relays.. sometimes they can just go kinda faulty too.
