If i'm going to install this what all would I need? I'm purchasing a CSF 3 Row HD radiator also.. first of will those work together? and I know i'll need the fan clutch replacement and to remove the mechanical fan. but what else?

Don't want to discourage any mod, but do your homework 1st. The OE stock efan moves something like 2300 cfm. With a good fan clutch, the belt driven fan will move way more air than the OE efan at just above idle. Choose a all electric fan set-up wisely. The XJ rad is the weak link in the cooling system chain....not the OE fans.

Very Good Point!!!
Like I put in another post earlier. Leaving the mechanical fan will also give you one less possibility of an electrical problem. Personally I like the mech fan over a elect fan.

......and from my experience, motor temps with a belt driven fan seem to run a little more steady due to the fact that even when the fan clutch is freewheeling, the fan still spins so it's moving air thru the rad. Efans basically r on/off with a give or take 10-20 degree difference in on/off temps. I'm with u and prefer the clutch fan.....it's really a brilliant idea and I think it has gotten a bad rap over the years as a power robber. When high amp efans kick-in and that alternator gets really hard for the motor to turn, talk about power robbing.
