Electric fan?
I noticed that I have a centrifical fan on one side of my radiator and an electric fan on the other side. Each fan has it's own fanshroud. The electric fan is missing the fan blades and the motor is locked up. It runs right around 205 driving normally, and slow speed crawling it runs around 210. Should I replace the motor and fan blades or not worry about it? Is this setup even normal? It's a retired police model, so this has some odd features on it.

The electric fan if for the A/C. If U have working A/C u should definetely replace fan and blades. Im reasonably sure it doesnt come on otherwise.

The electric fan kicks on at 218 degrees or anytime your compressor is turned on.

AC doesn't work, thinking of deleting it and running a non-AC belt.

Replace the efan and instead of deleting the a/c convert it to onboard air.
