Default Electric cooling fan

Hi I have a 2000 cherokee xj that's needs a new electric cooling fan and I'm pretty tight on money I found some universal fans but before I buy one I wanted to make sure it would do the job. And how to hook one up cuz they don't have the plug to plug it in it just has red and black wires

Just get one from a junkyard. Two 8mm bolts, unplug connector, and it's out. Should be $10-$20 dollars.

You can splice/crimp/solder those wires to the two wires that connect to the connector.
$80?? Yeah that's bulls.... I would have said that and left.
Look up some part outs on here. You can probably get a stock one for $20+. I would get a stock one before some eBay Chinese crap.

If at all possible, try to find a OE factory efan....they r rated at something like 2300 CFM. Doubt u will find a ebay/aftermarket fan even close to those numbers.
