Default 2000 XJ Electrical bugs HELP!

Started with my radio going out for a couple days... Than my instrument illumination, along with all the switch and shift lights.... Than yesterday I was warned by a lovely gentleman in blue, that my tail lights aren't working. GREAT! also my fog lights aren't working.

I checked every fuse in the kick panel. They were all fine.

Bad ground?
