Exclamation electrial problem

ok guys this just happened my turn signels stopped working an my main fuse in the power distrobution block keep blowing idk what going out any ideas guys help me out

Sounds like you have a bare or broken wire in the turn signal system shorting out somewhere.

well it did kinda start doing this after i ran thru about 2 1/2 or 3 foot of water
