Default Eautoworks/putco vs. ebay headlight harness

I just installed some autopals and now i want to upgrade the harness, it seems like most people use the putco harness from eautoworks but ive read a few people say that the relays suck. i found this harness on ebay for pretty much the same price: http://www.ebay.com/itm/CERAMIC-H4-H...ffb6e3&vxp=mtr
which do you think is better? what should i go with? thanks in advance

I have had the putco harness and hella clear vision housings since thanksgiving and really like them . The only issue I had with the harness was the heavy red wire came out of the high beam connector I reinserted it and no issues since .
Just the harness makes a huge improvement .

Yeah, the relays in the putco harness suck, but the wires and connectors are very good. You can replace the relays for about 18$ apiece if they do go bad. Mine require a tap every so often to shut off, but I haven't bothered replacing them because it works great otherwise.

I've had zero issues with the putco harness nor the relays that came with it.

My issue was operator/installer error ..... No real fault of the harness . I strongly recommend a dab of dielectric grease on all connectors tho .

Ive had a similar experience to most with the Putco, no problems whatsoever as of yet. That ebay kit could be worth a try, but the quality, compatibility, and issues of the Putco have been well explored, especially on this forum. If you are feeling up to it, give the ebay one a try and report back with what you found out. The only thing i can see that looks at all suspect on the ebay kit would again be the relays.

I've had no problem with the Putco harness or the relays that come with it either.

I can bet that the relays that come with that eBay harness aren't of any higher quality.

I have put 2 Putco's on. One on my 65 Chevy P/U and one on my 98 XJ and I have never had a problem. Not even with the relays.
