Default E-Brake and Vacuum Reservoir

My E-brake works great from forward movement but I can literally get on the front and push it backwards with the E-brake on. I tightened that nut on the bottom by the back of the tranny but I dont know what to do! Someone have any ideas? I also changed the brakes in the back...They are drums.

Also! I changed my front bumper to a custom front bumper to accommodate my winch but there was a vacuum reservoir. I dont know if that makes a difference but if you know if it does...can u tell me?

I have read that the canister by the bumper controls vacuum which controls air flow to the inside air vents. Like to defrost mode or foot mode or face mode.
Did the E brake work before you changed the shoes? If so then something went wrong with the shoe replacement and needs to be looked at again to be sure all is ok there.

also if i can describe this right, you can get into the drum and turn the cog wheel thats towards the bottom part of the pads. give that a few turns to expand the pads out and that should tighten it up too. i had to do that last week to mine and i can give it gas with it and and it wont move...hope this helps
