Default Dual BoosterUpgrade Fittings

I am putting a dual booster in a 90 XJ. Things are going fine. I can use the four existing MC to PV lines ( 2 from old set up and 2 from the new MC ) but in order to join them I need 2
7/16 in -24 to 1/2 in-20 female unions. I have look ( NAPA,Edelmans, Inline tube, etc) but can not find these listed. Has any one else done this and where did you find the unions ? I was trying to get around making new lines with metric on MC end and SAE on the PV end.
Thanks

I did the swap on my 90. I used the booster and master cylinder from a WJ. I used the lines from the WJ booster and cut the ends off at the PV and put the ends from my PV on the lines and reflared the tubing. I know you want to avoid doing that, but it's sooooo simple, I don't see a reason to avoid it.

I am using the booster from a 95 XJ and the original 90 PV.The 95 MC to PV
lines are too short to reach the 90 PV.
Thanks

I also used the Grand Cherokee MC, but kept my differential valve.

I chose to run all new lines. So, I purchased 8-inch lines with the correct flares on each end, and used female 3/16 flare unions to join them. I felt it was the easiest and least time consuming option, and I didn't need to make my own standard double flares and metric bubble flares.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Thanks AJPulley- I am trying to do essentially the same thing ( my line path is very close to yours)except I would need a union with different sizes on each end. Not sure they exist. Your option looks great. Do you remember where you purchased the lines and fittings ?
Thanks

The pre-fitted lines were from Advanced Auto. I purchased the lines that matched my application on one end, and had a standard 3/16 flare on the other. That way, all I needed were two standard female flare unions to join the four lines.
