Default Ignition electrical wiring HELP

So long story short I'm stuck to re wire my ignition after quite the fiasco and am having a little trouble just need some straight answers.

I've provided pictures as best I can. I understand to connect the corresponding colors however can't figure out where to connect the black and red wire running from the engine.

Currently the red is connected to the pink and black wire as shown above. Is this correct? Or where should it be? I've already looked for a red or black near the key ignition.

Below is where the red and black are coming from.

Trace the two wires on the engine bay, they look like an add on.They are not part of the oem harness.

You are correct it was an add on. I removed it. Now I just need to connect the yellow as it is the only severed. I'm headed to hardware store to get a connector. Anything else I should know? Thanks so much man

Personally I do not use connectors, I always solder the wires.
