driving without steering stabilzer...
Is it safe? I need to run to the hardware store to get the right size bolt i need. no more then 5 miles round trip. Is it safe to drive without the stabilzer?

You mean the shock looking thing, or the sway bar? You driver forever without the stabilizer, won't hert a thing.

Some Jeeps require them.If they just hide steering problems then why would they put it on when brand new from the factory?Maybe they just like spending more money and making less profit?You know how companies can't stand to go cheap and make money!It's there for a reason.

Mine leaked out all its oil a long time ago. I had minor occasional death wobble when it was good and still have it now.
It seems that the stabilizer does not really do too much.
