Driveline question
i have a 1989 cherokee with around 187k miles. I got under it to check things out and i noticed that the drive line has play in it on both the front and rear drive lines. Is this normal? I thought the play might just be the u joints but they don't have any play... so is it normal? or is my heep just screwed up?

the driveline has some play.. like how??? like your tranny shifts and wobbles... your axles rattle around......??????? a little more description would help

oh sorry, i don't really know the correct term other then it rotates a little left to right, or turns, just a little. The tranny doens't move, nor does the axles. Its a manuel transmission if it makes a difference. thanks for the help!
