Drive shaft lengths
 

Ok iv tried searchin but all im gettin is stuff bout SYE. well im gettin ton axles put under my jeep and the drive shafts r about 2" to long (5 speed BTW) so i was wondering how much shorter a auto rear shaft was compared to a manual?

What rear did you have before the tons?

try an auto with the 8.25 axle, its a good bit shorter

I hav a auto shaft from a 35 at the house but im workin out of state and i cant find anyone to go measure it tonight and the guys wanting to take the shafts to get shortened tommorrow if we hav to so im kinda tryin to hurry so i dont waste money lol
