Slip Yoke Eliminator. Removes the slip yoke on the transfer case and replaces it with a flange or fixed yoke so you can run a longer drive shaft with a cv (dual cardon) joint which will help with the angle. Just wondering if you are using a unusually long shackle which has changed the pinion angle a bunch if so change the pinion angle and you should be a little better off.
