Angry Door locks and Windows don't work

On my 2000 XJ, my door locks and windows don't work when my driver door is open, when my door is shut my driver window won't go down unless you press it completely down to the auto roll down but then it will act like a normal switch. My front right window works and so does my back left window but my back right window refuses to go down. All 3 passenger window switches do not work and neither does the passanger door lock. My door locks work when they feel like it, if its Monday and sunny then they work but then on Tuesday they only unlock and won't lock and for the rest of the week they just don't work (Specific days are a joke btw). I would like to say then switches are bad, but before I buy 4 switches I'd like to know if any of y'all ran into this before?

Faulty wiring in the boot between the door and the body, and broken solder joints in the master switch are common. Windows and/or the locks can work intermittantly, or not at all when that happens. This includes the door speakers.

I would go with the door wires breaking down as my first guess.. take your time. Put down a nice piece of carpet to kneel on and be careful removing the rubber boot.
Also... in my experience, these issues can be caused by a faulty aftermarket car alarm. It seems XJs werent designed to have them as whoever decides to steal them will usually have more problems starting them and keeping them running than the owner who knows its quirks... just sayin.
