Default Rear Sway Bar in 1998 Cherokee XJ

For the rear sway bar would it be ok to just take it out instead of using quick discos? Would it make a difference on the highway? Is it a horrible idea or alright to do?

Im sitting at 4.5" on 32s. I completely took out the rear sway bar and kept the front. You will get more body sway. Both sway bars work together. Only reason people would take it out is for the flex and with quick discos in the front its easy to take them on and off to go on the trail.
