Door dents

So all of my doors have the dent right in the middle of them where it looks like someone used their hip to close the doors. What is the easiest way to get these out? Take off the panel and use a piece of wood and hit? or do you think a suction cup would work? The dent is in the very thin metal on 3 of the doors.

on this I have removed many many dents using one of two methods. The first I used was an older one.

1. Heat up the metal with a hair dryer for about 10 minutes and then use a chunk of dry ice and a papertowel to rub on the dent, the heat and then the ice will tighten the metal till it pops out.

The second is a newer method using a compressed air can.
2. heat the metal with a hair dryer for 10 minutes and then take the compressed air can and turn it upside down and spray the dent till it is gone...

Here is a video for the second method.

I will input one more thing, if the dents have any type of creases in them it will not work 100% it will be much better, just an FYI. hope it works out and take pics, more people need to see it work... no sense in paying big bucks for something they can do them selves.

I tried the dent with the dryer and air and could not get it to work for me...also tried it with a heat gun and air ..upside down...ice all over but nothing...what am I doing wrong?
