dome lights wont shut off

1993 jeep grand cherokee my dome and rear hatch lights wont shut off also my rear wiper doesn't work and dash has no lights this just happened I'am a girl so someone tell me what the heck this is and how to fix it please

Mine did that and I tracked it down to the rear harness. I had a crushed wire under the trim at the roof near the rear hatch that went to the cargo light. I just cut out the crushed part and soldered the other two ends together and then put electrical tape on it and the lights work like they should now.
