Dome lights flickering!

Dome lights flickering!
My Dome lights like to flicker on and off as I'm driving. More bumps, more they come on. Also when I'm on the gas; left off, they shut off. Only door switches I have are the front two doors and they have Been disconnected since I did the doorless mod. Just started having issues yesterday. I've made sure all doors are completely shut(even tho I only have front door check)
