Dome Fuse, Dome Fuse, wherefore art thou?

So, I finally got my service manual for my 92 XJ, and it's teaching me a valuable lesson in humility.

After poring over this tome of knowledge, I can't find where the Dome Fuse is located!

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I think that might be my lock/ dome light/ cruise control issue.

Engine: 4.0L Air Intake and TB Spacer

On my 94 the dome light/radio/blinker lights fuse is in the 9 slot and it was a Red 10. I was under the drivers side dash.

ah ha! Driver's side dash, ok, so I should get in there and check it out. I've not checked yet to see if there is an access panel I can pull, or if I have to remove something larger.

I hope that's the entire problem, a dead fuse. My day would be so perfect.
