Does one exist anywhere???

Ok, simple question. I have a 91 Cherokee Laredo, and I CANNOT find an aluminum valve cover anywhere. I want to trash the old plastic one when I clean the engine up (gonna clean it, have it painted, and make everything under the hood shine) and I wanted to try and get a new aluminum valve cover like they make for 93-up. Has anyone found one for a 91 cherokee?? I cant find one anywhere.

here's a possible cheap fix. go to a JY, find one from a different year model, if it fits, but aluminum v-cover for that year. i searched, but couldn't find one at teamgrandwagoneer.

Not cheap but here's a factory replacement for your year, doesn't say if plastic or aluminum though so might have to call and ask. 3rd one from bottom of page when I viewed it.

The 4.0 HO motor in my 91 Cherokee Sport has an aluminum finned valve cover.

the aluminum v/c use silicone to seal them and the steel v/c use a gasket. all three of the 89 xj's i had had the aluminum cover. the 2002 engine in my 89 has the steel cover and i like it better.
