Default electrical problems please help

hey there. im new to this site and the jeep scene as well and i need some help so i can get out and hit some trails. i have a 93 cherokee sport 2door with 4.0 4x4. i bought it all stock for dirt cheap to offroad it. of course when i bought it it was sitting in a pond not running. pond was maybe 2 ft deep if that. he ran it threw the pond/ small mud hole to me, got it stuck and let it sit for two days while it rained. water got to the top of the stock tires no futher. it never actually sucked water in the intake. pretty much he got it stuck and water rose. then i bought it pulled it out and drained and flushed the oil, trans fluid, coolant, transfer case, front and rear diffs, gas tank with new fuel pump, and new plugs. ran great after that. drove it 15-20 miles with new gas and changed all the fluids again just to be sure there was no water internaly. then i lifted it 3in and put 31s on it. jeep was awesome!. then one day i was out driving itaround went to a friends house and it wouldnt start back up. usually i could hear the fuel pump kick on, but i didnt hear it anymore. at this time the fuel pump was only two weeks old and i had cleaned the tank when i changed it the first time. so pulled the pump out again and replaced it cuz i had a warranty on it and i work at the ****ty autozone i got it from. i know autozone parts suck lol. put the new pump in and before i tried to start it i checked the fuses first. the only fuse that was blown was a big 30amp fuse under the hood by the relays. the fuse was labeled (engine control 1). i replaced the fuse. and ran good. took it out on the trails got a flat tire and broke a leaf spring. but i was happy as could be and was proud of the places my jeep took me. well worth it. but then the fuse blew again out of nowhere. the fuel pump wouldnt kick on either. replaced it and it blew agian before it could start. put a jumper wire in there to get it back home. let it set for a few hours and put in another fuse and started rite up. blew again sometime later on. i traced the wires coming from the 30amp fuse and they are going to the ecm box im guessing hense the label engine control 1 on the fuse block under the hood. could this be a bad ecm? or could it be another bad sensor? crank position senor or what? need help please! let me know what you think. thanks

I think you would have to trace wires going to the fuse box for open wires grounding on metal. It is not the ECM because it runs fine when the fuse is not blown. Check all wires close to the exhaust pipes. Check the wires going to the fuel pump also. This is going to take some time but check those wires.
