go to a fabric store and buy a can of high temp fabric adhesive... its for headliners take the old fabric off spray small sections at a time and make smooth... its pretty simple

you can't just spray the adhesive on the old foam tho. it is dried out, that's why the headliner is falling.
you'd have to remove the whole thing from the jeep, scrape off all the foam and replace with some new foam padding and wrap it completely with some new fabric. might have to button tuft it in a few spots.

if you do it right, it will last longer than stock, and look better too. you can use cammo felt, it would look killer.

i used this kit awhile ago it used to be only online but i guess you can get them at autozones and whatnot it was easy just dont put puddles of the glue or it will bleed threw the fabric http://www.headsuponline.com/

you can buy the material from Jo-Ann fabrics. I got enought to do my headliner 3 yards and two cans of the adhesive. still have some left over to finish up my visors too.

Makes a hell of a difference from having no headliner material to having it. Xj looks new inside.
