Dies after a block
I took my lil girl to school this morning. It was prolly around 45-50 degrees outside and very very damp. I started the Jeep like normal. Drove maybe 1-1/2 blocks up the street and it died as soon as I came to a stop. It didn't chug or glug or do anything crazy, just shut off. I threw it in Neutral and it started up just fine as it has the past few times this happened. Any ideas on what could be causing this. No hot rodding or anything. Just normal driving. Plenty of gas. Auto so no clutch work. Also I noticed that first start of the day while the engine is warming up, I heard LOUD clicks (along with RPM changes) coming from the A/C compressor. I'm obviously not running A/C in the morning. It does this even when the fan control is in the off position. Is this normal? I also noticed condinsation build up on one of the lines coming out of the compressor.

CPS this is a common problem. Your signal is not coming in clear. Pretty soon it will stop starting all together.
What I have done is just unplug it spray it out with some contact cleaner or canned air. And plug it back in. If it still happens after that then you will need to replace the CPS or let us know that didn't work so we can continue to diagnose your problem.
THe CPS connection is located at the rear of the valve cover on the Driver's side. It is the only real connector in that area. Try this simple fix out and let us know if it helped.

If you look on the home forum page you will see the technical writeups and there is a CPS test and description there. Read it and try what Stryker suggested.
Look also at the electrical connections for the IAC. Those counld be losing their signal and choking the engine off while still cold.

How old are your spark plug wires?
I do not think that you clicks are coming form the AC clutch.
Most likely your wires are worn and they are arching thru into the head.
You can see this if you open the hood while it is dark out and the engine running.

It's the CPS. Mine did the exact same thing on the way to work a couple of weeks ago. Get it fixed ASAP because mine eventually quit starting. I towed it to a mechanic and he checked the codes and it showed the CPS. Had it replaced and it's been running like a champ ever since.
