Any ideas? If its starting up with starting fluid, Im gonna guess injectors or fuel pump. Is the pressure your you are getting what is recomended for your vehicle? Low pressure is as bad as no pressure |
Yeah, check the fuel pressure. Could be the rubber lines in the tank have deteriorated/cracked to where they're not delivering the fuel to the lines exiting the tank. It happens.
And Welcome to CF! Dan |

Not getting gas, no fuel pressure at the rail. Doing the same thing as Always89's XJ!!! |
Its one of two things, bad fuel pump or loss of vacuum on the inlet side of the pump so it wont prime. Do a fuel pressure test to determine the condition of the pump. If it passes then look closely at all the lines.
