After the driveline blew up, yes ... I tore the t-case apart and installed an Advanced Adapters SYE kit and custom tom woods driveline.

EDIT: I'm still not positive if I've isolated all of the issues yet, because its currently not shifting into 2 H ... only 4L - N - 4H, suppose its still the linkage issue or maybe not.

But when I tried shifting it into 2H manually (remove the linkage and turn it with an adj wrench) -- i couldn't get it to budge past 4H still.

Not sure if its just being a pain or if possibly something wrong inside the t-case ... due to the SYE kit install.

 

about every 2 times taking it off road check your LCA's. this happened to me after i installed my lift and had it alligned. the bolts became loose and was letting my axle travel side ot side. tightened em up and haven't had problems since. i also put a lock washer on there to keep the nut from backing off due to vibes.

 

I had the same thing when I bought my 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport. I bought it with 30'X9.5' BF Goodrich All Terrains on it. everytime I would hit a pot hole I would have to pull over because of this Death Wobble. I figured out the guy had 36psi in the tires. So I took it down to 26psi and it is fine now.
