Death Wobble
I have replaced practiclly everything on the front end, and now when you shake the wheels (in the air of course) its all tight, not a smige of play, however, whenever i hit a bump i still get a death wobble, till i let off the gas or slow down (on the road of course) any ideas? I have hit a road block. (yes I even replaced the hub assemblys)

Well, what kind of a death wobble? I don't know what all you have replaced but have you had the wheels and tires ballenced? Usualy that is something you feel all the time but it could cause you to loose it a little over bumps. Just something else to think about.

You might need a steering stabilizer
what dose the tire say on it for recommended pressure

maybe i should explain my self a bit better, i hit a bump, at ANY speed and the steering wheel shakes violently side to side till i let off the gas, I have tested this out by just keeping the same speed, not accelerating and hitting a bump and it keeps doing it till i let off the gas. when i mean violently i am meaning that my hand is moving 5-6 inches even with me fighting to keep it straight (i am a tech so i am a bit stronger than normal women)

What did you replace? You say practically everything... but what does that include? Did you replace your trackbar/bushings? How about control arm bushings?
Replacing the steering stabalizer will cover up the problem for awhile but will NOT fix it...it is just a bandaid.

the wobble are not uneek to jeeps
you say your front end is tight
and good alignment
so what is left
a under inflated tire will wobble easer than a fully inflated one
balancing can cause this also
the combination of the two can be very bad
it cost you nothing to inflate the tires a little more
for a test run
what tires do you have
you may need a hevyer track bar

I would check your trackbar & bushings and your control arm bushings. I have replaced all of my tie rods and steering stablizer and still get just a bit of wobble above 50mph. I have not replaced by wheel bearings but plan on doing my trackbar first.
Jack the XJ up and support it on jackstand under the "frame" and see if your axle has side to side movement.

Check your sway bar bushings... Mine were bad, we replaced them, and it fixed my wabble. I can still feel it want to wabble when I hit a bump, but it doesnt. I think its as good as I am going to get....
Its worth a shot and they are only about 12 bucks.
