dash clock electrical probs

Engine: 4.0 600 HP
dash clock electrical probs
well the clock didnt work and i tested it on the battery and its ok , so i checked the wire plug for a hot with the ing off for memory and no power. all fuses are good. is there a fuse-able link in that wire?
note: i get power at the plug for ing. on and for the dimmer.
