D30 front axle V/disconnect Bad U-Joint

D30 front axle V/disconnect Bad U-Joint
I am getting a loud popping when I turn right from the passenger side. If i grab the U-joint and try and move it, I get about a 1/2 inch play as the axle shaft moves back on forth. advice please.
