Default Cylinder 6 missfire

I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0 engine and I am getting a #6 missfire. I had my code reader on it and reset it and it comes back several weeks later the plugs are fairley new with 30,000 miles on them the vehicle has 140,000 miles on it and it seems to be running fine. any suggestions

30K is alot for plugs.....specially when you figure in Gas quality and driving condition.....Replace all 6 plugs and retest.
