Default custom lift hydro steering XJ

Kinda new to all this stuff, got a solid custom xj need your guy's HELP!!

I have a 89? cherokee with 1980 waggy dana 44's front and rear with disc's 5.13 gears aussie rear locker and welded front. This jeep has a home made 3 link system and a hydro steering set up.

1)I need to replace drivers side (short) 15.80 inner shaft/seal/joint . I would just use some stock parts but I can not find them anywhere. So I have found a yukon chromo shaft for 150 shipped but can't find specs any where on what joint to use If this yukon chromo would take the same joint as my stock stub ? Stock shafts for sale anywhere??????????

2) I'm missing some locking hub parts bolts ect where can I find a the missing parts?

Will have pics up tonight/tomarrow of the whole jeep and would like ANY input of what to do with it I need to hit the off road park on June 13th and have a min. amount of cash to fix it.

Before you plunk down the money for the Yukon, you might check out a complete shaft. I don't know for sure, but the Yukons usually have larger than stock ujoints, especially the chromo stuff. Give Randy' Ring and Pinion a call.

http://www.ringpinion.com/

They handle Yukon products and are known for their expertise as well as good prices. If the Ujoint is larger, you will need to get a complete shaft which won't be a bad thing with that spool in front.

Hub parts? What brand?

I have been to randy's but they were alot more than www.alljeep.com for yukon shafts. This jeep has been off road and on the road as is for 2 years with out any shaft damage untill going over a 15ft tall log pile then the joint broke so I think a stock shaft will hold under semi reasonable off road trips. I have a number to call a local salvage yard gave me he said he checked on his computer and this place had a few stock ones for $70 stub/shaft/joint so hopefully I can get them to ship it out in time.

Hubs are Jeep, I am missing a few cap screws and possibly other smaller parts in there. I have found service kits but not for this axle I have seen warn service kits would they work on the jeep lock hubs ?

Also no parts store around here has a 1980 waggy spindle nut kit (nuts and lock) is there any other model that would fit ?

Thanks
Chris
