Has anyone used a CSR 2 core all metal radiator, and have you been happy with it?

 

I've got one in my 89 MJ and pretty happy with it. Installed about 12-years ago, so I can't vouch for the current quality. I installed the 1992 version with the radiator cap and converted from the "closed" setup to the "open" setup to get rid of the failure prone surge tank and heater core bypass valve. If you're replacing a closed radiator, consider swapping over.

 

I'm building an XJ from scratch pretty much, it's gonna have a 7" lift on 37" tires and the stock 4.0 isn't gonna cut it, my issue is that I live in Southern Arizona and it gets hot as hell here and I'm wondering if an all aluminum triple core radiator will keep a 5.3 cool enough.
