Default Crunching from drivers side

When I turn my wheel I get a crunching coming from the drivers side only. It will also make the noise if I use my hands and push up and down on the drivers side in turn moving the suspension up/down. The WIERD part about all this is that it doesnt do it all the time. It wont do it first thing in the morning or if it has sat for a while. Any suggestions?

Have someone push down on it while you are under it trying to pinpoint the problem,it could be shocks,u-joint,bad ball joints.

Could be broken sway-bar end links crunching together. They break pretty easy. My buddy got an Exploder and took it offroad for 10 mins and broke BOTH sway bar end links. They rubbed together and crunched when he hit bumps or took turns a little too fast.
