Morning all:
My cruise control is out and my intermittent wiper function does not work. I have a new wiper module and vacuum connections are strong. It's not a fuse or ground issue either, so I'm guessing there's a break in the column wires.
Is there a write up for replacing the multifunction switch and column wires?
What part are the part numbers or searchable names for the multifunction switch and wires? I hate to pull JY only to have the same issue, so I'd rather go new if possible.
Thanks !

Agreed that it is easier to swap out the column. With an 87 though, they're likely to have the same issue. I have tilt now. Hate to pick up a column, have to replace the ignition cylinder, install the column, and have the same issue.
I switched out the ignition cylinder last week, so I know I can at least get that far.
I'd rather just run new lines, but I don't know what they are officially called or the part number.
Anyone know what the part number for the wire harness is? Also, are there any links to the replacement process?

See if you have power coming out of the brown wire on your ignition switch.
