Talking Cruise control swap with grand cherokee

alright guys, I'm trying to install cruise control on my 2000 xj, i know how to do iot but there are no xjs in any pick a part near me, i was wondering if i could pull the steering wheel, servo motor and the clockspring to use on my install, are they compatible?

You can go here: https://www.moparpartsgiant.com/ and see if the part number match. Also check other year XJs. I think 97+ would work.

Some early grand cherokee clock springs can be used if you modify your jeeps harness, later ones will not work without serious steering column modification. Also the cruise buttons are not just standard buttons, they have specific resistive values the XJ ECU looks for. Fun thing about this is the value changed over the various years. Then there's the airbag, again this is dependent on the year Grand Cherokee your looking at.

I don't know about the servo, I've never had a need to look into em.
