Cruise Control - Rubber Diaphragm

Cruise Control - Rubber Diaphragm
Today, noticed that my cruise control was not working on my 94 XJ. I removed it and noticed the rubber diaphragm is torn. What are the interchangeability years? Can I go up to 2001 and use that pod? Thank you,

The parts catalogs I have show the same 53009315 p/n for 92-94, and a different part number for 95/96.
But, have a look here under vehicle fitment. Looks like a lot of Dodge Trucks and Jeep Grands 91-96 used the same servo.
