Cranks, but will not run under its own power. Help please! (lots of details)
After a long and hard discussion on Naxja, I have found out nothing. So I will include a bunch of details so far of what I have done and come across.
2000 xj 175,000 Miles. Recently converted from 2wd to 4wd.
-49psi fuel pressure while cranking.
-New CrankPS
-New CamPS (installed when car was functional and is clocked correctly)
-New coils (for the hell of it)
Had a high RPM tire spin in 2WD (stuck in snowbank). Then when I let off the throttle the car died, and refused to start back up.
Car has previously stalled after a high RPM engine speed when I let off the throttle.
Also the car would not ever start on its first key on cycle, always the second.
Obviously this below diagram is wrong for a 2000..
But at Key on I am getting little voltage across the terminals in F18 and F21 positions.
What voltages should these fuses be seeing?
Here is what I came up with while comparing the fan relay pins
(last time I checked the fan worked)
Fan Relay ///ASD Relay
#86
key off- 0.000-0.002V ///0.000-0.003V
key on- 0.076-0.084V ///0.002-0.010V
#85
key off- 0.002V ///0.002V
key on- battery voltage ///battery voltage
I am thinking at key on for the ASD relay in pin #86 the voltage should be higher? Would this indicate a bad PCM?

After reading every thread on here about a
"crank but no start"
I have come up with nothing.
Most people had the problem resolved by replacing the CrankPS.
Can somebody, anybody give me some insite please?
This is my only car and I am having a hard time getting around without it.

Check the power on those relays, is the fuel pump priming when key turn? Plugs gapped correctly? Dizzy looks up to spec? And last but not least I've had 2 friends that had a bad o2 that would cause high rpm to idle stalls, I'm assuming your in a 5 speed?

I've got a few ideas...

Just tried it again, tried swapping around relays nothin.
Yea I can hear the pump prime.
Yup I double checked the plug gap.
Nope nothing other than OE.
Wont start at any throttle position.
I looked through the video, I am seeing the right amount of voltage at each. But do not have a scope where I can determine the wave pattern.

Take a look here and follow through some of the videos, you never know what you might find

Cleaned a few dirty pins on the PCM that I thought forsure might have caused my problem. But nope, no go.
I hate to say it but after a week of poking around and testing just about every sensor in the car, I think I am close to giving up
