While I was driving my 94 xj engine shut off. Gets power and everything. It cranks but doesn't start and has a check engine light. When I try the key ignition trick to get a code it doesn't do anything. I tried hooking up obd 1 scanner it say it can't communicate. I replaced crank positioning sensor and cam positioning sensor and still doesn't work. I'm stuck here! My next guess is ecm/ecu?

 

Do you have fuel pressure on injector rail? Could be a bad fuel pump.

 

forgot to say yes I'm getting fuel but no spark. Ignition coil is new along with spark plugs
