Default Cracking noise.

When I turn into a parking spot or more pressure is put on my front drivers side wheel it makes a little cracking/poping noise. Anyone know what it is and how to fix it?

sounds like a ball joint
but could be the hub bearing

jack it up on that side and grab the tire at the top and bottom
see if you can rock it at all if you get movement you have bad ball joint or bearing

mine does that when i get sticks stuck in it.....

but seriously.... jack up that side and see if you have any play in that wheel, sounds like a extreamly bad wheel bearing (this would be the case if you have a death wobble too) or your u-joint on that side, hell it might even be your gear box, they are notorius for going up.

or have some one listen or watch while your turning the wheel, to pin point where the noise is coming from. If you have trouble, take pictures of the region of where the noise is coming from.

I don't really have a death wobble just a slight shake in the wheel from about 52-55 mph then it goes away.

Then more than likely it's the hub bearing.
