Default A couple problems

First off, I have a rough idle, I've had it before but I fixed it by connecting egr tubes that were not connected. But now it's doing the exact same idle problem, rough idle and almost dying the first time right after I start the car and get on the gas. The only thing I have changed it putting a snorkel on it and replacing (and adding egr valves that weren't even there from previous owner neglect) and also attaching the breather hoses where there supposed to be.
Because I did put a snorkel on it, I had to cut that motor thing off the airbox(leaving the right valve with nothing attached) here's a pic

Also I here a hissing sound somewhere around here

But I cold not feel any air blowing anywhere

Next problem
My gas tanks leaking

That's gas leaking down the front of my tank
I here a hissing around there too
Is it savable or should I get a new tank?
Thanks guys, y'all have really helped me making my new to me jeep a rig!

MAP sensor? or did the hose you hooked to the EGR have vac on it. If it did it was the wrong line. Also the EGR could be stuck open and needs to be cleaned out or replaced.

We used to take a spray bottle with water and gently mist the vacuum hoses, listening for any changes in the hissing. If the hiss changes, then the hose is drawing in the water and you've found the crack. We also used to hit them with wd-40 listening for a change in engine rpm.

Old tricks.
