Core support fitment
Anybody know if a pre-97 radiator core support will fit a 99? The junk yards around here only have pre-97 xj's that still have them, and my buddy's not gonna pay $125 for a new one.

I believe they are different if I remember right... They look a lot alike but im thinking the mounting of the radiator is higher on one then the other...

Thanks. Anybody else feel free to add info. I have a welder and grinder but he doesn't want to use a 2x6. If it's close I'll make it work.
