Cooling HELP needed
Thinking of doing a radiater swap on my 1990 Cherokee from the pressurized system to a conventional radiator system.... can someone give some advice or insight on how to go about this and what is needed? ALL help will be greatly appriciated....:thumbup1:

look in fabrication section just did it with mine there is a couple of tricks to do it

well first you need a 92+ radiator, the over flow bottle, and a bout 3 feet of fuel line. you will also need to swap your the heater valve to a H.O. style one located on the passenger side behind the distributor. junkyard is you friend but i would buy a new radiator. if you buy a new radiator you can reuse the sensor in the radiator and not buy a thermostat housing. cause the new ones have holes for both renix and OBD1 systems

Thanks for the input and advise.... I have always owned Wranglers so this is my first XJ project.... and I do Not like this pressurized system..... I will try and figure everyting out so I can change it over soon/....

or but one of these if your rad is still in good shape take the two hoses off pressure bottle and connect together mount this in top rad hose at highest point then mount a over flo bottle run the small nipple with hose to this

wow.... my Radiator is practicly brand new so this looks like a easy alternetive to my troubles.... any idea how much these are and where I can get one??????

Auto parts store ask for the filler for a 4.7 liter dodge p/u or they are online everywhere.
