I repaired my AC with a new AC clutch relay, and the next day the idle was awful. I took it to autozone and it had a cylinder 1 and 4 misfire, which I traced to loose wires on the distributor...didn't fix it. It also has a bad coolant temp sensor code. It's not overheating and there's no CEL. Could that be the source of the rough idle? Also, it's running rich and my gas mileage sucks, which makes me think O2 sensor? It's a 96 XJ 4.0. Thanks in advance for the help!

Yeah that was the plan for when it stops dumping rain out here, but can that be the cause of the rough idle? I want to know that I shouldn't be looking for an additional issue.
