Default coolant leak

Hey everybody!!!! I just bought my first cherokee lately and I love it.

But I noticed that it does leak some coolant. It only leaks when the engine is completely warmed up, and if it's really hot outside. If the temperature is below 85 degrees it doesn't leak. When it happens it's just a small puddle or two.

Any ideas on whats wrong?

Yes. Something's leaking.

Can you see where it's coming from?
In addition to hoses as already mentioned, take a look at the weep hole on the water pump and the cutoff valve for the heater core. They can leak under pressure when they are in the early stages of failure.
