Default Control arm bushing install???

I ordered a daystar ca bushing set and was just wondering the best way to remove the old ones is?thanks for any help

Thats what i was thinking,do you think oxygen aceteleane would be over kill?

I would try to press them out first before I tried to burn them out, thats a huge mess and it stinks.

i wouldnt use the oxy acetelene one.. id use a small propane torch it does its job.. thats what i used and yes it does smell pretty bad

you can use a hole saw and cut out the center first. makes it alot easier.
