TRX450Racr

Have a 92 Jeep Cherokee with possibly a bad computer. Could I try one from a 93 to rule that out? Was told that the computer might be screwing with the timing and that is why it won't start. Thanks for help!!

i have a 93 and mine wont start either. i was told by my mechanic it was either a bad ground in the harness or the computer was bad. im stuck on what to do also. what is your jeep doing when you try to start it? mine would start when it was warm out, if i left the key in the on position for a few minutes the check engine light and battery light and shift indicator would turn on and as soon as that happened i could hear the fuel pump kick on and then it would start. i have no idea what it is but it wont start at all now that its cold. ive tried everything except getting a new harness and computer..
